All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned or refunded for any reason.
Crescent Mattress LLC respects our customer’s privacy and is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of all consumers. Crescent Mattress LLC believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. Disclosure to Third Parties. Crescent Mattress LLC will not disclose or process personal data except for the specific use of conducting Crescent Mattress LLC sales or marketing transactions to its Intended Audience. Crescent Mattress LLC may release account information about consumers to third parties only if: a) we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, b) we have the express permission of the consumer, or c) it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
Defective products may be covered by each product’s manufacturer warranty if applicable. All decisions regarding warranty claims are made solely by the manufacturer. Crescent Mattress LLC offers or grants no warranties for any products. Save your receipt and warranty cards as they will be needed to process any warranty claims.
Comfort Guarantee Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, certain model mattresses may offer a comfort guarantee exchange for a certain period of time. This is offered through the mattress manufacturer itself and not Crescent Mattress LLC. Only select model mattresses offer this. Contact the store with questions.
Delivery Options and Pickup
- Local delivery (within 30 miles of Zip Code-12065) may be handled by Crescent Mattress LLC trucks directly. We will coordinate with you to set up a day and time to deliver your products depending on availability and stock.
- In-stock products, if ordered before 3 PM EST may be able to be delivered same day depending on delivery location. Contact the store for complete details.
- Direct to Consumer- Serta/Simmons/Beautyrest products may ship anywhere in the USA (except AK and HI). These products will be sent factory direct using our shipping partner, XPO Logistics. They will contact you directly to arrange the in-home delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for arrival using this option.
- Mattress in a Box- Certain models can be rolled and either bagged or boxed and delivered through a third-party carrier, for example Fed Ex, or UPS. These models will ship factory direct. A tracking number from the shipping carrier will be provided for your order once it ships.
- In-store pickup- Merchandise may be picked up at our store Crescent Mattress located at 1603 Route 9, Halfmoon NY 12065. In-stock merchandise can be picked up the same day as it is ordered during normal business hours. Merchandise that must be ordered can be picked up upon arrival at our store. Once the merchandise is in your possession Crescent Mattress LLC assumes no responsibility for damages.
